Change the Date or Service Code of a session:

This will teach you how to fix an error on a logged session.

Step 1: Double click on the column that contains the date or the service for that note. 

In this example, we want to change the date of the note (we logged a session with the wrong date) so we double click

On the date column on the GNT HomeScreen.

Step 2: When the CHANGE SESSION box appears, you can change the date, or other aspect of the session. 

Step 3: Click the OK button, then synchronize to make sure the note shows the change.


Please note that changes should not be made to documents that have been logged, written, and billed.  If you need to make a change to a historical

Document, please use Tools, Add Addendum to explain what needs to be changed.
