How to remove a patient with unprinted documents.

GNT will not remove patients with unprinted documents.  This is to ensure that you have all notes printed while the documents are on you list.

Step 1: Open GNT and click the Display button then select “All for a Patient.”  Choose the patient of interest.


Step 2: Hold the Ctrl (Control) button on the keyboard, the press the “A” button to select all documents on the screen. You will know it worked if all the sessions are highlighted in blue.  If it doesn’t, select a single row, then click control-A.

Step3: Click the Tools menu in the top left of GNT.


Step 4: Choose “Mark Selected”.

Step 5: Choose “as Printed”.

On the next sync, the patient will be removed if you respond Yes to the prompt.
